Särkäniemi Amusement Park

Särkänniemi is an amusement park in Tampere, Finland. The park features an aquarium, a planetarium, a children’s zoo, an art museum, an observation tower Näsinneula (Näsi Needle). Särkänniemi has been voted several times as the best leisure center and the greatest amusement park in Finland.

Pekilo Performance and Event Venue

Mänttä Art Festival is one of the most popular, interesting and largest exhibitions on Finnish contemporary art. The exhibition is being curated by a different curator every year. The main building, Pekilo, is a former animal food factory. It ran together with the pulp factory which was closed in 1991. Pekilo is situated in the Pekilo Performance and Event Venue

Paltanmäki – Local History Museum

In Paltanmäki, you can see what life was like in the town of Orivesi from the 19th century to the mid-20th century.
